Let's skip intro and start with fix part already...

GameGuard and Client connection issues...


1. Go to the GG website, and follow each of the steps.

2. Host File -
Go to C:WINDOWSsystem32driversetc and open Hosts file with NotePad/WordPad.
Add these 3 lines in bottom-
64.93.92.6 nprotect.acclaimdownloads.com
209.234.247.4 nprotect.acclaimdownloads.com
209.234.247.4 2moons.acclaimdownloads.com
Save file and exit
P.S. - still not working?Try add # before one of them or even all 3.

3. Try and restart your PC.

4. Disable and enable your Network connection

5. Disable your Firewall

6. Shot in dark (I found it on forum) - go into your 2moons folder, go in bin, and delete the gameguard and redlist folders.


Un-able to connect to Home-Page

1. Uninstall any additional browser programs or tool bars installed

To access the program uninstall list, click 'Start', 'Settings' (XP Users), 'Control Panel' and click on 'switch to classic view' towards the left. Look for 'Add/Remove Programs' (XP) or 'Programs and Features' (Vista) and double-click on it.

examples- Google web accelerator and Yahoo search protection.


2. Clear your browser's cookies-

For Internet Explorer 6 -

Click on the ��Tools�� option in your Browser Menu at the top.
Click on the option ��Internet Options��
In the 'General' Tab, look for buttons ��Delete Cookies' and 'Delete Files' and click on them.
Click on the ��Advanced�� Tab and click on ��Restore Defaults��

For Internet Explorer 7 -

Click on 'Tools', Click 'Internet Options' and under the column 'Browsing History', click 'Delete',
Click on 'Delete all', press 'OK'
Click on the 'Advanced' Tab and click on 'Reset'

For Firefox -

* Click 'Tools'
* Click 'Options'
* Click 'Privacy'
* Click 'Cookies'
* Click 'Clear cookies'
* Click the 'cache' tab
* Click 'clear cache'

3. send E-mail to 2msupport@acclaim.com with your problems description.
